يكشف تقرير سيناء.. حصاد الحقيقة بالأدلة عبر القسم الأول منه قيام وزارة الداخلية عبر قطاع الأمن الوطني بتصفية مواطنين في محافظة شمال سيناء بدعوى الاشتباك المسلح، ولكن التحقيق الذي قام به فريق المنظمة عبر تحليل ومراجعة 6 بيانات نشرتها وزارة الداخلية عام 2020 وفحص الصور والفيديوهات التي نشرها على الصفحة الرسمية لوزارة الداخلية المصرية بالإضافة إلى ما لا يقل عن 30 مصدر إعلامي وصحفي وحكومي يكشف قيام الوزارة باستخدام نفس المنزل والأدوات في حادثتي تصفية منفصلتين.
وفي الجزء الثاني من التحقيق توثق نحن نسجل الضحايا الذين سقطوا من المدنيين نتيجة استهداف قوات الجيش لهم أو نتيجة العبوات الناسفة التي يقوم مسلحو ولاية سيناء بزرعها لاستهداف قوات الجيش والشرطة، وقام فريق الرصد والتوثيق بعقد ثلاث لقاءات مع أُسر من أهالي الضحايا وأخذ شهاداتهم فيما حدث لذويهم، بالإضافة إلى جمع البيانات من خلال بعض مصادرنا بمحافظة شمال سيناء حيث قمنا بتوثيق سقوط ما لا يقل عن 37 ضحية من المدنيين من بينهم 14 سيدة و8 أطفال.
أما في الجزء الثالث من التقرير فيظهر كيف أن عمليات الإخلاء والتهجير القسري الذي قامت به السلطات المصرية لأهالي مدن شمال سيناء التالية وتحديدًا في منطقة رفح بزعم التصدي والقضاء على العمليات العسكرية التي يقوم بها مسلحو تنظيم ولاية سيناء، إلا أن هذا التهجير لم يقلل من الهجمات المسلحة، حيث رصدنا ما لا يقل عن 186 هجوم في شمال سيناء منهم 39% في منطقة رفح فقط.
وبمراجعة وتوثيق أكثر من 620 مصدر صحفي ومنصة تواصل اجتماعي بالإضافة إلى حصر الجنازات الشعبية والعسكرية والبيانات والأخبار الواردة عن تلك الهجمات فوجئنا بتعمد المتحدث العسكري للقوات المسلحة بإخفاء عدد القتلى الحقيقيين للقوات المسلحة حيث كان إجمالي ما ذكره من قتلى ومصابين هو 57 عسكري، ولكن ما قمنا برصده وتوثيقه عبر التحقق من المصادر المفتوحة كان مقتل ما لا يقل عن 121 قتيل فقط، وهذا بخلاف الجرحى، حيث نستعرض في ختام التقرير رتبهم العسكرية وأسمائهم وصورهم الشخصية.
